Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We ship to all countries. Please be aware however that you will be liable for any customs and or tax charges that are applicable and imposed by the country the goods are being shipped to.

Where is my package?

We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times. We know how the wait between ordering and receiving can sometimes feel like forever. For this very reason we make and send your package as quick as we can. Just a few little things to remember with shipping times. If you live in a remote area of the country or Western Australia, your package can take up to 2 weeks to get to you. If you need and express option, please choose express at the checkout. 

If you live outside of the Australia Post Express Network, your express parcel may take longer than 1-3 business days. Please click here to check if your postcode is within the Australia Post express network. 

I am spending over $100 but I need an express option, can you do this?

When you spend over $100 you automatically receive free standard shipping. If you are needing your parcel urgently please put a note in the comments section on the checkout page. We will try our utmost to get your package to you via express. Please note this doesn’t guarantee your parcel will be delivered express though. 

Is my parcel gift wrapped?

Yes, all parcels are gift wrapped. If you are ordering multiple items we will place a little removable note on each with what package contains what crystal or bracelet. This way, if your parcel is a gift to someone you won’t have to open and re-wrap. 

Are all your products from natural materials?

All of our leather is made from genuine cowhide and contains no nasties and is toxic free. Our crystals are all 100% genuine and make their journey to us from all parts of the world. They are sourced ethically and legally. Our magnetic clasps are made from stainless steel and any jewellery containing silver is made from 925 sterling silver. 

Do you really make/bind the necklaces and bracelets yourself?

Yep we surely do! Handcrafted right here in Redland Bay QLD. Our rustic/unique crystals either come exactly how we find them and others come from larger pieces that we cut down and shape ourselves.

What if my necklace or bracelet doesn’t fit?

This is no problem. However all we ask is 4 things. 1: The item/s be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. 2: They have only been tried on for size; with no wear, tear or marks. 3: You have a valid receipt and 4: You return them within 14 days of receiving the package. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. Once we receive the item and all 4 points of return have been approved, we will refund the amount for the item back to your bank excluding original shipping costs. You will then need to place another order with your correct sizing. 

Who pays for the shipping costs if I need to return my item if it doesn’t fit?

Just like if you were to buy a product from a brick and mortar store and you needed to take it back to exchange it, you wouldn’t ask the store to pay for your fuel to drive there and back. The shipping costs for yourself to send the product back to us will be at your expense. If you are unsure of your sizing or the size of a product, please contact me  and I will assist you no problem at all.

What is your refund policy?

We pride ourselves on our products and our workmanship and would be very upset if something we sent wasn’t up to scratch. We are more than happy to issue an exchange if the product contains faulty workmanship within 14 days of receiving it. All we ask is that you have a valid receipt, it has not been used, damaged and does not have any wear and is returned in it’s original packaging. Please also see our return policy.

What if I change my mind about a product after I receive it.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange, refund or issue a store credit for a change of mind once an item has been purchased. An incorrect size purchase is also considered a change of mind. Please see our returns policy here. 

What payments types and credit card types do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Is your store secure?

We hold a 256-bit SSL Certificate which is verified by RapidSSL. The little green lock symbol next to the address bar confirms that our store is secure. The “s” on the end of the http also verifies that this is a secure store.

Are my credit card details safe?

We use a payment gateway called Stripe. Stripe has become one of the safest payment gateways in the world today. Once your purchase is confirmed, your credit card details are then sent to Stripes  secure server for processing. We never see or store your credit card details. As an alternative, we also offer PayPal checkout. PayPal is also one of the safest checkout methods used around the world today.

Do you sell wholesale?

Unfortunately no, we do not sell wholesale.

How do I care for my products?

All leather products should not be touched with water. This will deteriorate your leather very quickly and it will void any consumer refunds.

After wearing your leather necklace for some time (generally about 2 weeks) it will start to become more pliable and less stiff because the natural oils of your skin will help to soften the material. This is great because it sits so much nicer around the neck. 

Crystals should be placed out in the light of a full moon to recharge. You can also place your crystals near Selenite which cleanses and charges them at the same time.

Where are you located?

We are located in sunny Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

Can I come and pick up my products?

Sorry no. We are an online store only. We do not have a facility where you can pick up your goods.
