EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or there is faulty workmanship of your piece/s, please read the boring but necessary info below just so you know what to do in the event that your new purchase doesn’t quiet fit or has faulty workmanship.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, it firstly must be within 14 days of your original purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original burlap bag (brown paper wrap not necessary to return). If the item/s have been used or misused in any way, your refund will be denied.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In addition to the below points, we must receive an email with 14 days advising us as to the reason you would like a refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A change of mind will not be granted as a reason for a refund, exchange or return.
Leather Necklaces that are too long
If you have chosen the incorrect size of a leather necklace and it is too long, you will need to send the necklace back to us for a resize. We charge $10 per reduction resize, per item. You (the purchaser/customer is solely responsible for any shipping charges to us and back to you). Once we have resized your piece we will then send you and email or a text message to let you know that it is ready to be sent back to you and our direct deposit details. We will require payment in full before the item/s are posted back to you. Why do we charge a resize fee? Our reduction resize fee is to cover the cost of our time and the new pieces/findings used to reduce the size of your original necklace
Leather Necklaces that are too short
If you have chosen the incorrect size of a leather necklace that is too short, you will need to send the necklace back to us and we will refund the cost of the item once received by LTK Co (excluding the original shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee of the original purchase). You will need to place another order with the new size you require. For eg: If you purchase a necklace for $39.95+ shipping you will receive a refund of $19.95.
Leather necklaces that are too short with a pendant
If you have chosen the incorrect size of a leather necklace that is too short with a pendant , you will need to send the necklace only back to us and we will refund a portion of the entire item once received by LTK Co (excluding the original shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee of the original purchase). In this instance/case the leather necklace portion is refundable – not the pendant. The leather necklace in this instance/case is calculated at $34.95. You will need to place another order with the new size you require. So for eg: If you purchase a pendant necklace for $69.95+ shipping you will receive a refund of the necklace portion only which is $34.95 – $20 (restocking fee). So your refund would be $14.95 only. You can then place another order with the correct size necklace.
Bracelets that are too long or too short
If you have chosen the incorrect size of a bracelet, you will need to send the bracelet back to us and we will refund the cost of the item once received by LTK Co (excluding the original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase). You will need to place another order with the new size you require. For eg: If you purchase a bracelet for $35.95 + shipping you will receive a refund of $26.95. If your bracelet is apart of a gift set, you will be refunded for the bracelet only (minus original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee)
Why do we charge a restocking fee?
Because all of our products are handmade and to a particular and custom size, we are unable to resell the items you originally purchased that are too small. Due to health and safety reasons, these items must be discarded. In addition to this, we are also charged fees by our banking platforms on every purchase and in some instances on refunds. We have tried our best to keep the restocking fee at a bare minimum so as to make it fare for both us and you.
We pride ourselves on our products and our workmanship and would be very upset if something we sent wasn’t up to scratch. We are more than happy to issue an exchange if the product contains faulty workmanship within 14 days of receiving it. All we ask is that you have a valid receipt, it has not been used, damaged and does not have any wear and is returned in it’s original packaging.
In order to receive a refund the following shall apply.
- Email sent to LTK ([email protected]) within 14 days of goods arriving to you advising of reason for return or refund.
- The product must not have been used in anyway or show usage.
- The product and it’s packaging must be in original condition, not damaged or missing parts.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days excluding shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
