EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or there is faulty workmanship of your piece/s, please read the boring but necessary info below just so you know what to do in the event that your new purchase doesn’t quiet fit or has faulty workmanship.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, it firstly must be within 14 days of your original purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original burlap bag (brown paper wrap not necessary to return). If the item/s have been used or misused in any way, your refund will be denied.

Non-returnable items:

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We must receive an email with 14 days advising us as to the reason you would like a refund. Unfortunately a change of mind will not be granted as a reason for a refund, exchange or return. 

If you have chosen the incorrect size, you will need to send the item back to us and we will refund the cost of the item once received by LTK Co (excluding the original shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee). We pride ourselves on our products and our workmanship and would be very upset if something we sent wasn’t up to scratch. We are more than happy to issue an exchange if the product contains faulty workmanship within 14 days of receiving it. All we ask is that you have a valid receipt, it has not been used, damaged and does not have any wear and is returned in it’s original packaging.

In order to receive a refund the following shall apply.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days excluding shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
